All products remain the property of HILDEBRAND SWEDEN AB until full payment has been made. All attempts to deceive will be reported to the Police. We reserve the right to correct any mistake or error printed on this site. Due to the digital format of photographs we can not grant that the pictures reflect the exact nature of the real products.

We will always try to ship your order within 1 business day from that you have made your order. Usually if you make your order before 11.00 AM GMT+1 we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. The shipping alternatives are listed in the checkout after submitting your address details.

Sweden: 1-3 work days
Europe: 3-6 work days
USA and ROW: Please contact us and we will be able to arrange shipment.
Due to the special circumstances we experience with the Corona Virus pandemic we cannot guarantee any delivery times.
SHIPMENT FEE BY COUNTRY
Sweden: Shipments within Sweden are free of charge and are fulfilled by Postnord. Any return expenses will be at the customer's expense.
Europe: We apply a flat rate of 200 SEK for all shipments to all countries within Europe. Any return expenses will be at the customer's expense.
USA and ROW: Please contact us and we will arrange shipping. Cost depends on shipment and delivery option.

Postnord will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived. Therefore it is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.

UPS will deliver your parcel to the delivery address given in your order. If you are not there to receive the package UPS will leave a message and the package will be held at a local UPS access point.
Orders are shipped out from HILDEBRAND SWEDEN AB warehouse located in Stockholm, Sweden.
All prices shown on products include 25% Swedish VAT. If your delivery address is within the European Union (EU), you will pay the price incl 25% VAT. If your delivery address is outside the EU, the price of the product iis the same as given on the product page. Tax free is not possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns made within 14 days from when you’ve received it. In the month of December 2020 we have an extended return policy until 10th of January 2021.
Sweden: Use the enclosed return waybill and pack the bag in the same or similar packaging as it came in. Leave it at a Postnord access Point. If a return waybill is missing, please contact us directly and we will send this to you.
Europe: Use the enclosed return waybill and pack the bag in the same or similar packaging as it came in. Call UPS to schedule a pick up or leave it at a drop off location to send it back. If a return waybill is missing, please contact us directly and we will send this to you.
Outside of EU: Please contact us at email@example.com and inform us of what you want to return and we will send you a commercial invoice. Use the enclosed return waybill and pack the bag in the same or similar packaging as it came in. Call UPS to schedule a pick up or leave it at a drop off location to send it back. Give the commercial invoice to UPS.
If you don’t have the return label email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a new one!
Engraved products cannot be returned!
In case of a return we will refund your payment via the same means used to make the initial purchase. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. Return shipment costs will be paid by the customer. We refund the money as soon as we receive the return.
Return the bag, using the enclosed return waybill, and then place a new order for the product you wish instead. We will refund you for the first purchase as soon as we receive it.
